1.The elevator sorts and aligns the caps, which then flow onto the conveyor belt.
2.The printer's conveyor belt transports the product through the plasma treatment unit.
3.The incoming material detection photoelectric sensor identifies the product's position. The product then flows under the print head, where the printing system performs white inkjet printing based on the position data transmitted by the incoming material sensor.
4.After printing, the product exits and passes under the LED UV curing unit. It then flows to the color inkjet printing station below. The color printing system performs printing based on the direction and position data transmitted by the incoming material sensor.
5.After color printing, the product passes through the LED UV curing unit again before exiting, completing the entire process.
6.Printing speed: 10–40 meters per minute.
7.Elevator feeding speed: 300–500 caps per minute (depending on size).
